When purchasing an item, we offer ‘store collect’ as an alternative to shipping it out to your home or work address, allowing you to collect your order from one of our stores at your convenience. The service is FREE and we aim to get your order to the store of your choosing within 5 working days. Using this service couldn't be simpler.
During the checkout process, select one of the stores you would like to collect from in the options and proceed with the payment of the order. Click here to view our store locations.
Once the order has been received, we will deliver it to your chosen store and inform you via email when it is ready to collect.
All you need to do is visit the store within 7 days of receiving the collection confirmation email and present a member of staff with evidence of your order confirmation, either as a print-out or on your smartphone. Please also bring proof of identity, in the form of a driver's licence, passport or utility bill in your name.
Failure to collect an order within 7 days of a store receiving it will result in a refund to your original payment method and the item will be put back into stock.
At Loofe's, we like to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchase. Wherever possible, please check and/or try on your item in the store to avoid any inconvenience in returning unsuitable orders.
