It is our duty and responsibility to perform quality checks on all items before processing an order. If we find a fault or cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you to arrange a refund as soon as possible. We will make every effort to ship these items to you within the following time frames.
We aim to dispatch your order within one to two working days. It is then down to the courier service to deliver your order.
We provide free delivery on UK orders over £50 excluding sale items and cannot be used with other discounts or offers.
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to do so.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be liable for the postage costs and you will need to follow our Returns Policy
All items require a signature upon delivery. Once an item has been signed for and the delivery has been noted as complete, Loofe's Clothing will not accept any responsibility for missing items.
Refunds can be made up to 30 days after received your item, for any reason. For faulty items, the period may be extended. Refunds must be made to the same payment method as the original order or as online store credit.

If an order is to be delivered outside of the UK, there may be extra charges out of our control such as import duties and taxes, it will be the customers responsibility to meet these extra costs to complete the delivery an order, for further information on import duties and taxes please contact your local customs office before making a purchase.
We value the safety and security of each of our customers. We are not liable for any accusations of fraudulent activity made against our customers. On some occasions, we may be required to delay an order to investigate a payment or address details. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible and keep you updated to ensure safe banking for all of our online customers.
To combat fraud, all payments made to us are 3D secure checked with your bank.
