Delivery

Delivery

It is our duty and responsibility to perform quality checks on all the items before processing an order, if we find a fault or cannot fulfil your order then we will contact you to arrange a refund as soon as possible. We will make every effort to ship the items to you within the specified timescale stated. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery, Incorrect personal details can lead to delays in shipment of goods. We advise that you ensure that you have included your full address and contact details before placing an order, so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.

We then aim to dispatch your item within 1-2 business days, please note that we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Next Day Dispatch orders are sent out within 1 working day via the Yodel 24 POD service.

Next Day Dispatch orders take priority and are usually dispatched within 1 working day of purchase, and we cannot guarantee that any order made on a weekend including Friday will be delivered the next day. Any next day dispatch order placed after 12 am on the day of the order cannot be guaranteed for Next day delivery. We will dispatch your item within 1 working day. It is then down to the courier service as to when your order is delivered and we cannot guarantee orders will be delivered on Saturdays.
If you wish to cancel your order then you have 14 working days from the date of receiving the item, to cancel your order, if you cancel your order after it has been dispatched then you will be liable to pay for the postage costs and you will need to follow our returns policy.

Please note: We do not currently have any arrangements with the Post Office or any parcel shops for orders to be sent to for customer collection. If you do put a post office or parcel shop as your delivery address so you can collect your order from those locations it will be at your own risk.

All items require a signature on delivery, once an item has been signed for and delivery noted as complete Loofe's will not accept any responsibility for missing items. Loofe's uses Yodel Xpress GPS 24 and 48 POD as its preferred courier, Fast Track delivery orders take priority and are usually dispatched within 1 working day of purchase, and we cannot guarantee that any order made on a weekend including Friday will be delivered next day. Any next day order placed after 12 am on the day of the order cannot be guaranteed Next day delivery. We will dispatch your item within 1 working day. It is then down to the Yodel as to when your order is delivered and we cannot guarantee orders will be delivered on Saturdays.  We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of orders being placed Satisfaction Guarantee (unless the order is next day delivery then we aim to dispatch within 1 working day).

Refunds

Items that are bought either online or collect in store CANNOT be refunded in any of our stores, Items must be sent to our returns address in the returns policy within 14 days of purchase so that our web department can process the refund.
In the case of a collect in store if you are not happy with the item you have purchased and would like to get a refund you will either have to let the shop assistant know that you would like a refund and give a copy of your proof of purchase to the shop assistant. They will then send your item back to the web department to process the transaction which may cause a delay in your refund, otherwise send the item directly to returns address and follow our returns policy.

International / European Delivery

If an order is to be delivered outside of the UK, there may be extra charges out of our control such as import duties and taxes, it will be the customers responsibility to meet these extra costs to complete the delivery an order, for further information on import duties and taxes please contact your local customs office before making a purchase.


Fraud Control

We value the safety and security of each of our customers as we are not liable for any fraudulent activity made against our customers. This is why on some occasions we may be required to delay an order to investigate a payment or address details, if this is the case then we will contact you as soon as possible and keep you updated to ensure safe banking for all our customers online.
