Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified the order will have an estimated delivery of 2-5 working days after dispatch, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
We may deliver the products in separate shipments. If this is the case you will be informed prior to dispatch.
If the products you order become unavailable or are out of stock, we will inform you of this as soon as reasonably possible and advise you of your right to a refund.

All payments will be made in pounds sterling (GBP) at the point of checkout, orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been received. Customers outside the UK will be responsible for any additional charges, such as currency conversion, duty/import and delivery which may be applied.
The price of any products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. In the event of a pricing error, we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a miss-pricing.
These prices include VAT if you are shipping to a country where VAT is applicable the UK or an EU member state, but exclude delivery costs which will be added to the total amount due at checkout.
Please note that Armclaim Limited reserves the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if the item ordered is out of stock or if the item has been withdrawn from sale due to quality control reasons. We reserve the right to cancel orders where errors such as price, description and other information have been published by mistake. If anything appears out of the ordinary, please contact us prior to purchasing.
